Got a love for art? Here are some events to check out:

22nd November 2023, 2:00 pm: Dr. James Lindow talks about Raphael’s famous tapestry designs from 1516 at the V&A Museum.

24th January 2024, 2:00 pm: Jo Walton discusses the work of Eric Ravilious, a top English painter from the 20th century known for his watercolors.

3rd February 2024, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm: Dr. Tobias Capwell gives two talks. One is about the art of armor. The other is about King Richard III. Dr. Capwell is an expert on old weapons from the Wallace Collection in London. Tickets are £17.50 and include snacks and drinks. Buy them at www.tickets.tasc@gmail.com.

All these talks are at the Cranleigh Arts Centre. Anyone can come. If you’re not a member, they ask for a small donation.
