This year, 2022, marks the 40th Anniversary of the Falklands War, which took place between 2nd April and 14th June, 1982. During the conflict 255 British military personnel, 649 Argentine military personnel and 3 Falkland Islanders were killed.

At 3 p.m. a service of remembrance will take place at Cranleigh War Memorial, any members of the public are welcome to attend.
