• Admission/set up time: 6.45am – 8.45am (last vehicle entry admission time 8.30am)

• Pitches allocated on a first come, first served basis (no pre- booking or reservations)

• Buyers will enter the sale from 9.00am

• Pitch fees (Please ensure that all persons and goods you require to set up your stall are with you in your vehicle upon arrival).

  • Standard Car Pitches are £8.00 (Sell along the length of vehicle)

  • Small vans are £10.00

  • Large vans/Luton vans are £15.00

• Please be prepared to pay for your pitch upon arrival – CASH ONLY. (Your pitch fee covers only: – your vehicle and the persons and the contents contained within it upon your arrival). A steward (wearing a yellow Cranleigh Show Hi-Viz) will collect the pitch fee upon your arrival.

• For your safety and the safety of others

  • If you have Covid-19 symptoms do not enter or come to the car boot sale.

  • Maintain personal hygiene i.e bring antibacterial wipes or hand gel.

  • We advise you wear a mask and gloves.

  • Use hand sanitiser on arrival and exit.

  • Maintain two metre social distancing.

  • Do not allow buyers to touch goods unnecessarily unless they intend to purchase them.

  • Park sensibly and allow others space.

  • Toilets may be closed.

• Getting to your pitch The steward on the gate will direct you to the field where further stewards will escort you and help you position yourself on your pitch.

• Setting up Please ensure that you do not encroach on other stall holder’s areas with your goods. It is not possible for us to give you more room once stalls are around you, so please tell a steward if you think you’ll need a larger pitch area when you arrive. Remember the pitch area is the length of your vehicle and enough room each side to maintain safe social distancing. Please make sure that you set your stall out on the same side as the other stall holders in your area. Please empty your goods onto your tables or ground sheets and not around your vehicle whilst unloading as this makes it difficult to park up other stalls.

• Departing your pitch The sale will close to buyers at 12.30pm. There is no rush to vacate your pitch we are happy to let stall holders pack up in their own time. Please note, it is not possible for us to allow vehicles to move across the site while the public are still browsing. Please ensure that you have left no items behind. We have a strict policy on not accepting rubbish or unwanted items and kindly request that your pitch area is left clean – this includes cigarette butts if you are a smoker.

  • Observe one way system in rows and walk on the right elsewhere.

  • Maintain two metre social distancing.

  • Only touch goods you intend to purchase.

  • Park sensibly and allow others space.

  • Toilets may be closed.

• Dogs are welcome, but please ensure that you pick up after your dog and do not leave your dog in the car if the weather is fine.
