At Mummas & Beans we offer totally unbiased, and non-judgemental Midwife Devised Antenatal Education, and age appropriate baby classes, suitable from birth to 1 year.

Our Antenatal Classes are suitable for first, second and third (plus) time parents and mums.

Our baby classes are suitable from birth. We start with Newborn, following through to Baby Massage, Sensory Baby Yoga and finishing with our messy play, Sensory Mummas, our courses will grow with your baby.

You can begin your Mummas journey whenever you are ready, our courses run in blocks of 6 so you can start and finish in your own time.

We support all births and parenting styles. Our Antenatal Classes are geared towards you if you are planning a CS or need a very managed labour, or indeed want a home water birth.

Our tiny Baby Classes are all about you, we understand babies, but ultimately mum is the boss, our job is to help you find the right path. The classes are truly age appropriate and will grow with your baby.
