The aim of this club is to socialise retired and semi-retired business people together. This membership is all inclusive (men and women) and each member is welcomed to a monthly lunch. The clubs have now expanded to “A” and “B” clubs due to high demand. Each member and their families are welcome to join a wide range of activities such as art exhibitions, theatres, country houses, carol services, skittles and boules. There is also a very successful Probus club golf team. Each monthly lunch meeting (second Tuesday of every month, 12pm or 12:30pm) takes place at Cranleigh Golf and Country Club on Barhatch Lane, Cranleigh, GU6 7NG. Every member forms a wide group of engineers, lawyers, teachers, marketing, medicine, etc. Each member has a selection of hobbies such as golfing, bee-keeping, conservation, gardening and golf. Probus members can also enjoy the ‘big musical of the summer’ Previous muscials have included, Me and My girl, Half A Sixpence, Music Man etc. Members can also enojy events such as, Orchestral Valentines with Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Codagon Hall.
