Construction work is coming to an end at a new homes development in Cranleigh where just two homes remain for sale.

Bellway has seen an increase in interest at Little Meadow following the lockdown earlier this year as buyers looking for a village lifestyle take advantage of the stamp duty holiday announced by the Chancellor – many saving the maximum £15,000 on the cost of moving.

The last homes for sale include the four-bedroom Clover, and prices start from £765,000.

Until the end of March next year, homebuyers will benefit from not paying any stamp duty on the first £500,000 of their house purchase, saving up to £15,000.
