This fascinating lecture takes us on a journey through the history of literary tourism in the UK.

Beginning in Stratford in the 18th century with the cult of Shakespeare, we move north to Scotland and then end with the founding of museums dedicated to Wordsworth, the Brontes and Jane Austen.

Wednesday 25th May – THE ART OF THE CARTOONIST with Harry Venning

Harry has been a professional cartoonist for thirty years. He has provided cartoons to several high profile publications and others less well known.
