Can you tell us a bit about the history of your company/organisation?

Penfolds is a mother-daughter team with over 25 years of extensive estate agency experience, our aim is to bring our own family values and authentic enthusiasm to everything we do. Property is quite simple really, and our goal is to keep it that way. We’re all about straightforward conversations and an honest approach, bringing our real-life industry and area knowledge to back up our passion for property.

How are you different from the competition?

Everything we do to market your home is individual, from carefully chosen words to beautiful photography to create interest and inspire buyers to take the next step.  We are skilled negotiators and have a reputation for solving problems, guiding our clients with empathy and clarity towards the best possible result.  Most of all the successful outcome of each transaction matters personally to us.

What are your favourite bits about the work you do?

Its fantastic having the autonomy to provide a service to our clients that we can be very proud of.  Also it is wonderful to have the opportunity to work together!

Cranleigh has it all from wonderful shops and amenities to good schools as well as great access to the A3 and M25 for commuters.
